Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Flagler Center, a two-building, 239,500-square-foot Class ‘A’ office complex, located at 501 and 505 South Flagler Drive on the Intracoastal Waterway in downtown West Palm Beach.
Mark Pateman, Director, and Tara England, Sales Associate, Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Leasing, will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the property’s owner, Flagler Properties.
The premiere complex, which recently underwent extensive upgrades to its lobbies, elevators, restrooms and common areas, has immediate availability, from 750 square feet to 13,998 square feet.
