Doral Office Building Trades For $28.5 Million
CBRE has facilitated the $28.5 million sale of The Offices at Doral Square, located at 8600 NW 36th Street in Miami, to a partnership including several Miami families.
The CBRE team, led by Vice Chairman Christian Lee and Vice President Sean Kelly, exclusively represented the seller.
The Offices at Doral Square is a 141,246-square-foot Class A office asset with a free-standing structured parking garage. The property makes up the office component of Doral Square, a newly delivered mixed-use project with more than 150,000 square feet of high-end retail space located at the main intersection of Miami’s rapidly transforming City of Doral.
“The property’s main and main location with immediate proximity to newly delivered restaurants and retail offers strong incentives for employees to be in the office,” said CBRE Vice Chairman Christian Lee.
CBRE Vice President Sean Kelly added, “The City of Doral has benefited from a rapid urbanization that has created a vibrant and walkable environment that is on par with some of South Florida’s densest metropolitan cores.”
The CBRE team also included Senior Vice President Amy Julian and First Vice Present Andrew Chilgren with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Group, as well as Vice President Marcos Minaya, Senior Financial Analyst Tom Rappa, and Financial Analysts James Carr and Matthew Lee.
