Doral Shopping Center Fetches $15 Million

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Shoppes at Doral, a 16,466-square foot retail property located in Doral. The shopping strip sold for $15,125,000.

“The Shoppes at Doral is a well-located retail strip in Doral with frontage directly on 41^st St. N.W. just east of 107^th Avenue N.W.,” said Drew Kristol, senior vice president in the Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office. “We received multiple offers from both national and international Buyers.”

Kristol and Kirk D. Olson, both senior vice presidents in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Florida based private investor who originally purchased the center from the developer.

The shopping center at 10425 NW 41^st Street is 16,466-square-feet on 1.25-acres. Built in 1999, the property is 100% leased, with tenants that Sports Clips, Fuegos Del Sur Restaurant, Verizon, Pan Pa Ya Bakery and more. The center is also shadow anchored by Winn Dixie supermarket.
