Douglas Mandel To Lead Florida Team For Marcus & Millichap's New IPA Office, Industrial Properties Division

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap Inc. specializing in serving institutional and major private real estate investors, is pleased to announce that Douglas K. Mandel has been named Florida team leader for Marcus & Millichap’s new national IPA office and industrial properties division.
The division specializes in providing office and industrial property advisory, brokerage and capital markets services to institutional and major private investors through highly experienced brokerage teams across the country.

Mandel has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2004 and is a senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group (NOIPG). He is located in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.
Alan L. Pontius, national director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Office and Industrial Properties Group, will serve as national director of the new IPA office and industrial properties division.
