Easton Secures 15,000 SF Industrial Deal
Easton & Associates, the commercial real estate brokerage division of The Easton Group, announced a new lease transaction in Miami-Dade County.
D & L Trucking Services Corp. leased 14, 687 sq. ft. of industrial space at 8305 NW 27th Street in Miami. The landlord is SPG Transal Park LLC.
Jim Armstrong & Michael Rice represented both parties in the transaction.
