Easton & Associates Inks 2 Deals Totaling More Than 50,000 SF

Easton & Associates, the brokerage division of The Easton Group, announced two lease transactions totaling 51,483 square feet.

The All Well Company leased 11,550 square feet of flex space at 1213 S. 30^th Avenue in Hollywood.  Easton associate Michael Foxwell, Jr. represented the landlord, Brett Overman Development Inc., in the transaction.

Hajoca Corporation renewed a lease for 39,933 square feet of industrial space at 8034-8030 & 8050-8054 NW 14^th Street in Doral.  Easton & Associates Vice President Andrew Easton represented Hajoca in the transaction.  JLL represented the landlord, PSBP Industrial LLC. Hajoca is one of the country’s largest privately held wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating & cooling, pool, and industrial supplies.
