The Easton Group Sells Warehouse
Easton & Associates, the brokerage division of The Easton Group, sold a 77,000-square-foot warehouse located at 2320 NW 147th Street in Opa Locka for $3.2 million.
Easton Vice Presidents Jim Armstrong and Mike Waite represented the buyer, 2320 NW 147th Street LLC. Kaizen Realty Partners represented the seller, Starker Services, Inc.
A company affiliated with the seller previously operated its business from the warehouse.
“The industrial market in Miami-Dade County remains strong with solid fundamentals,” said Waite. “There is strong demand for quality product in good locations.”
The warehouse features two docks, one ramp, nine overhead doors, and is located on two-and-a-half acres of land.
