NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale Successfully Leases Doral Industrial Space To GSO Aviation
Robert A. Eckstein and Lucas Engel of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale announced that 15,090 square feet of industrial warehouse, located at 2080 NW 96th Avenue in Doral, has been leased to GSO Aviation, Inc., a leading supplier of MRO services for major regional and commercial aircraft operators in the United States and throughout the world.
“The versatility and attributes of the property matched well with the needs of the tenant. The building can provide heavy power, fire suppression systems, ample parking, and abundant workspace for employees. This space gives the tenant what they need at a great rental rate of $21.50 PSF, NNN,” said Eckstein, Partner of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale. “The landlord, BRE Investment Group, is very excited to have a long-term relationship with GSO Aviation.”
The 15,090-square-foot building includes 3,000 square feet of executive office space with 22’ high ceilings. The property also has four (4) dock-height doors with a covered loading platform.
