Altman Logistics Properties Hires New VP, Director Of Leasing
Altman Logistics Properties, a leading industrial development company, previously known as BBX Logistics Properties, announced the appointment of Madeline Fine as Vice President and Director of Leasing.
With a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, and communications, Fine joins Altman from her previous role at JLL where she worked in office leasing, property marketing and client relations.
In her new position with Altman Logistics Properties, Fine will implement leasing strategy and oversee leasing activities across the company’s growing portfolio of logistics assets and will play a key role in shaping its developments by establishing platform-wide branding and marketing strategies from the ground up. Over her career, Fine has uniquely enhanced asset value by securing target tenants through innovative marketing while synergizing with the platform’s sound development and investment strategies.
“As we continue to expand our logistics portfolio and develop best-in-class developments throughout the country, Madeline’s addition to our team comes at the perfect time while we focus on growing the company’s market share across key Eastern U.S. markets,” said Mark Levy, President of Altman Logistics Properties. “Madeline’s experience and insights will enhance our ability to attract top-tier tenants and create lasting value for our partners and customers.”
Fine’s global perspective on the commercial real estate industry was shaped by her time in Melbourne, Australia, where she managed marketing campaigns for a variety of brands. Her experience overseas gave her valuable insights into the global infrastructure challenges of logistics, particularly during the COVID-19 lockdown, where she saw firsthand the critical role of supply chain efficiency.
“I am thrilled to join the experienced development team at Altman Logistics Properties,” Fine said. “I look forward to applying my experience in thoughtful leasing and marketing strategy to make a meaningful impact on the company’s expanding portfolio and drive growth for the company.”
Prior to joining Altman, Fine worked as a Senior Associate at JLL, where she focused on office leasing in South Florida, specializing in landlord representation for large institutional firms, private equity firms and local businesses. Her career also includes previous roles in marketing and branding, where she built integrated communications campaigns and handled client relations.
Fine holds a degree from the University of Florida and additional credits from the University of Melbourne. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Passionate about where the future of the real estate industry is headed, she is actively involved in leading industry organizations including CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Miami and ULI (Urban Land Institute) South Florida. Fine is also bilingual in both English and Spanish and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.
