The Class A logistics campus will feature two state-of-the-art buildings totaling more than 182,000 square feet. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
The financing will fund construction for the new, Class A logistics facility in Davie, Florida on the 11.3-acre site formerly home to an events and catering space.
The new development is slated to become one of the first infill logistics projects located along US 441.
In this role, the two executive leaders will work closely with the Altman Logistics Properties leadership team to provide advisory services focused on organizational growth, corporate strategy and real estate technology and innovation in support of the company’s business development and growth.
With a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, and communications, she joins Altman from her previous role at JLL where she worked in office leasing, property marketing and client relations.
