Stream Realty Partners Tapped To Lease New, Class A Industrial Campus

Stream Realty Partners has been awarded the leasing assignment for Apex Logistics Park at Signature Grand, a premier industrial development breaking ground at 6900 W. State Road 84 in Davie.

Developed by Altman Logistics Properties, the Class A logistics campus will feature two state-of-the-art buildings totaling more than 182,000 square feet, designed to meet the growing demand for industrial space in South Florida. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.

Strategically located in Broward County, Apex Logistics Park at Signature Grand boasts unmatched connectivity, with direct visibility and frontage on State Road 595 and proximity to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Interstate 95, Interstate 75, and Florida’s Turnpike. The park offers a centralized location ideal for servicing businesses across South and Southwest Florida, with a wealth of nearby amenities.

Stream’s South Florida Industrial team, led by Managing Director and Executive Vice Presidents Steve Medwin, SIOR, CCIM and Nick Wigoda, SIOR, will oversee leasing efforts for the project.
