Executive Office Suites Provider Takes Full Floor In Brickell Tower

Brickell Bay Office Tower, a 32-story, class A office tower located directly on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District, has finalized an 11,000-square-foot lease agreement with Miami-based executive office suites provider Anex Office.
This will be the shared office provider’s third upscale alternative workspace location in the Miami area. The new lease brings the tower to 92% occupancy. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Anex Office will occupy a full floor at Brickell Bay Office Tower, marking the latest in a string of Miami companies moving into office space at the 280,500-square-foot tower. The building is also home to such international tenants as AON, one of the world’s leading provider of risk management and insurance services, as well as global technology/IT provider NEC Corporation, multinational integrated technology provider Syntel, international law firm Astigarraga Davis, the British Consulate, 1st United Bank, national bakery café chain Au Bon Pain, and publicly traded global strategic business advisory firm The Hackett Group.
