The Orchid House, located at 1350 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, has changed hands for $7,500,000.
The property consists of three historic buildings totaling 5,188 square feet on 7,000 square feet of land. The property, marketed as luxury mansion villas, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, plus a guest bath, with rates starting at $399 per night.
Lay represented the buyer in the transaction, which closed Friday, January 30.
