Free-Standing Office/Warehouse Building Sells For $8.3 Million

Robert Listokin SIOR, Executive Vice President with Colliers International South Florida represented FirstService Residential Florida, Inc. in the sale of a free standing office/warehouse building located at 6300 Park of Commerce Blvd. in Boca Raton.

IV1 LOGISTICS ACQUISITION LLC, an entity controlled by Brookfield Asset Management, purchased the property for $8.3 million. Jose Sasson with Axiom Realty Advisors represented the buyer. IV1 LOGISTICS ACQUISITION LLC intends on using the asset for an investment and additional development.

The building is situated in the Park at Broken Sound in Boca Raton and could potentially accomodate one, two or even three tenants. The interior of the building is currently subdivided into two contiguous sections including ±25,000 square feet of two-story office and a contiguous ±13,000-square-foot warehouse space situated on over 5 acres.
