In the latest lease transaction, The Farmer’s Dog signed a lease for the entire ground floor of the 6501 building located within the Park at Broken Sound Business Park.
Douglas Mandel, along with Tyler S. Kuhlman and Zachary Levine of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller in the transaction.
1801 Building is now 97% occupied following the latest transactions; Infinity Sales Group moves into the company’s Park at Broken Sound building.
Stigliano represented the Buyer, Castle Boca, LLC, in the transaction.
Robert Listokin with Colliers International South Florida represented the seller in the transaction.
