Yusen Air & Sea Services (USA), Inc., a global freight forwarding and supply chain service provider, has renewed its lease for 178,000 square feet at 10200 NW 21st St. and 10000 NW 17th St. in Miami.
The two buildings are located in the International Corporate Park in Miami Airport West.
Stephen DiGiacomo of DiGiacomo Group represented the tenant. Steven Medwin, SIOR, CCIM and Nick Wigoda with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, IndCor Properties.
Medwin and Wigoda represented IndCor in several other recent lease transactions across its Doral portfolio, including SMT Duty Free, Inc.’s expansion into 50,000 square feet at 8935 NW 27th St., and Trane US, Inc.’s lease of 29,250 square feet at 2660 NW 89th Ct. Scott Hardie of Miami Industrial Real Estate advised SMT in its lease.
