GE Sells Doral Industrial Site

Flagler Real Estate Services has closed on the sale of an industrial property in Doral for $2.28 million.
GE was the seller of the property, which is located at 7979 NW 29th Street in Doral. The buyer was HAKG Property, a limited liability company. Cary Cohen, vice president at Flagler Real Estate Services, handled the transaction for GE.
HAKG will use the site as a transportation and storage facility.
