Flagler is developing 170,000 square feet at its South Florida Logistics Center that will offer a rail connection to PortMiami and some third-party logistics services.
Manuel A. Fernandez, executive VP of logistics operations for Flagler, told the Business Journal that the company’s goal is to provide logistics support to those tenants that would need it. The facility would also be designed to serve tenants with their own logistics operations.
Other third-party logistics providers in the market include World Trade Distribution Center and Miami International Freight Solutions.
