Health Insurance Company Relocates To Downtown Ft. Lauderdale
AHB (America’s Health Brokers) Sales, Inc. leased 10,000 square feet at 2150 S. Andrews Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. AHB will occupy the entire first floor beginning in Q4, 2013.
The tenant is relocating from 2870 Stirling Road in Hollywood.
Byron Calhoun, Norm Adams, and Brad Dinneen of Stiles Realty represented the landlord, Andrews Office LLC. Jessica Jaxtheimer of Harbor Realty of Florida represented the tenant.
