Stiles Gets 328,000 SF Rick Case Volkswagen Dealership Contract

Rick Case Automotive Group said it will build the largest and tallest Volkswagen dealership in the world next to Cleveland Clinic Florida, just west of Interstate 75.
The 328,000-square-foot dealership will rise eight stories.
Stiles Construction expects to start work in January and utilize a fast-track construction process to have the dealership open by summer, a news release said
The dealership will feature 1,000 new and used cars inside. It will open with 200 employees and grow to a staff of more than 300, the release said.
Rick Case Automotive noted that VW is one of the fastest-growing auto companies in the U.S., and opened a factory in Chattanooga, Tenn., in 2010.
Rick Case Automotive will have a broad geographic swath to draw from, since the other VW dealerships in Broward County are on State Road 7 near I-595 in Davie, U.S. 1 in Pompano Beach and State Road 7 in Coral Springs, according to Edmunds.com.
The VW dealership will be the 11th dealership built for Case by Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles.
Rick Case Automotive is also seeking approval for a Kia dealership near Sawgrass Mills.
