High Street Retail USA Closes Sale Of Former Nielsen’s Interiors Property

Sharon Dresser, Cofounder and International Business Director at High Street Retail USA, represented the buyer in the sale of the former Nielsen’s Interiors, a furniture retail building located at 1335 S. Federal Highway in Deerfield Beach.
The property sold for $3,100,000.
High Street Retail USA, Inc. will be working on behalf of the new ownership, Federal and 13^th LLC, in the redevelopment of the site and leasing of 1307 S. Federal Highway, the one building to remain at the site. The new owners plan to redevelop the site along with the 5,000-square foot building into a gas station and retail asset.
