Infinity Commercial Real Estate finished the year with a flurry of lease closings totaling 86,265 square feet.
Atlas Paper Mills subleased a 34,153-square-foot industrial warehouse space at L’Oreal/Urban Decay Cosmetics, located at 1000 SE 8th Street in Hialeah. The property was formerly known as the “Gator Shoe” building. The Landlord and master Tenants were represented by John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM and Ted Konigsberg, SIOR. The subtenant represented its own interests. The lease was signed on December 19th for a term of two years.
Premier Plastics, LLC leased 27,380 square feet of industrial space at the Southeast Headquarters Building, located at 1400 NW 159th Street in Miami Gardens, the former location of Jefferson Stores corporate offices. John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM and Ted Konigsberg, SIOR represented the tenant in the lease deal. Landlord DCT NW 159 Miami Gardens, LLC was represented by David Albert of CBRE. The lease was executed on November 20th, 2014 for a 62 month term.
Demdel Auto Services, a Meineke Car Care franchise, leased 8,000 square feet of retail space at 7878-B NW 103rd Street, Hialeah Gardens. Konigsberg represented the Landlord, Rifkin Investments Company, and Raul Gil of Capital International Realty represented the Tenant. The lease was signed on November 4th, for a 62-month term.
Konigsberg leased an additional 8,366 square feet of office space at Golden Glades Office Park, located at 1505-1525 NW 167th Street in Miami Gardens. Combined with the 39,483 square feet of space leased in the 3rd quarter, Golden Glades is filling up fast. Konigsberg represented the Landlord, BRI 1814 GGOP, LLC in each of the following 4th Quarter transactions:
- 4,111 square feet was renewed for Unite Here Local 355 in Building 8. The Tenant represented its own interests. The lease was executed on October 17th to extend for one additional year.
- 2,897 square feet of space was renewed for Monem Dental, LLC in Building 3. The Tenant was represented by George Vaill of Dental Office Negotiations in Winchester, MA. The lease was executed on October 24th for a term of ten years.
- Capform Inc. relocated to 1,358 square feet in Building 7. The Tenant had outgrown its space in Building 8, and was eager to expand operations. The Tenant represented its own interest. The lease was executed on November 24th for a two year term.
