Infinity Commercial Negotiates Purchase Of 55,000-SF Hollywood Building

Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented OTW 2, LLC, better known as “Off the Wall Trampoline Fun Centers”, in the purchase of the Hollywood Commerce Center building located at  3350-3380 N. 28th Terrace and 3301 N. 29th Avenue in Hollywood.
Ted Konigsberg, SIOR of Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Buyer in this transaction, with a purchase price of $5,000,000.  The Seller, Hollywood Commerce Venture, LLC, was represented by  Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE, Inc.
The deal closed May 31, 2016.

Ted Konigsberg said, “Off The Wall is a fantastically successful indoor trampoline and family entertainment center operator. This will be their second location, with a current facility at Coconut Creek Plaza, which we assisted Off The Wall in acquiring a few years ago.  I’d like to thank the City of Hollywood for their vision and assistance in approving this unusual use, and Lee Elmslie of Marquis Bank for funding the principal balance and costs for this truly great addition to the City of Hollywood.”
