Colliers International South Florida is pleased to announce an 11,731-square-foot lease for Insurance Group Services at the Boca Center Tower II in Boca Raton. Senior Vice President Robert Listokin, SIOR, and Senior Commercial Associate Sal Bonsignore, CCIM, represented the tenant in the transaction.
“Boca Center Towers was a desirable option for IGS, as their new space required a minimal amount of reconfiguring to accommodate their needs,” says Bonsignore. “The various amenities offered at this mixed-use property, including convenience to restaurants and retail, was also very appealing,” he adds.
IGS relocated from their offices at the AequiCap Building, located at 3000 W. Cypress Creek Road.
Boca Center Towers I & II, located at 5100 and 5200 Town Center Circle, total 218,736 square feet. This transaction brings the towers to approximately 82% occupied.
