Jeremy Larkin Named Secretary of NAI Global 2014 Members’ Leadership Board

Jeremy Larkin, President, NAI Miami, was named Secretary of the NAI Global Members’ Leadership Board.
The announcement was made at the NAI annual convention in Las Vegas. NAI Global is the largest, most powerful global network of owner-operated commercial real estate brokerage firms.
 

“We are very pleased to have Jeremy in this role,” said Jay Olshonsky, President of NAI Global. “He brings a wealth of hands-on experience and forward thinking that will benefit our Members.”

The NAI Global Members’ Leadership Board provides proactive leadership to increase the profitability, professionalism, technical capability, integrity and standards of practice that reinforce and breed mutual trust and respect throughout the enterprise. It fosters and promotes activities, education and communication that elevate the level of engagement and productivity of Members, Agents and the Network at-large.
Larkin will also serve on the NAI Global Board’s Coordination Council, comprised of executive committee officers, past chairs, and NAI Global’s executive leaders. This group assures the alignment of strategies, goals and objectives so that the organization can perform with the greatest degree of efficiency under a shared vision.
 

“I am looking forward to spending the next three years as I move up to the Chairman’s seat working with my colleagues from around the globe to enhance the depth and breadth of the brand and expand NAI Global’s platform to enable all members to grow their market share and profitability”, Larkin stated.

Larkin is one of the founding principals at NAI Miami which has been in the business since 1986. He primarily focuses on investment sales, distressed assets and private client asset management services. Jeremy has been the recipient of several prestigious awards including the South Florida Business Journal’s 2014 Power Leaders in Commercial Real Estate, and the 2013 South Florida Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO Award for Miami-Dade County.
