JLL Appoints VP To Lead Project And Development Services Practice In South Florida

JLL announced the appointment of Vincent Mason as Vice President and South Florida Market Lead for the company’s Project and Development Services (PDS)., continuing to foster its team of best-in-class talent.

Vincent will serve as the market team lead for South Florida, within JLL’s PDS group, the service line in charge of development, design, construction and branding of commercial real estate projects for the world’s most prominent corporations, educational institutions, public jurisdictions, healthcare organizations, industrial facilities, retailers, hotels, sports facilities and real estate owners.

In his new role, Vincent will be responsible for business development, client relationship management and project delivery with an emphasis on ground-up construction and developments, interior build-outs, building renovations/redesigns, repositions, and capital improvements for JLL clients.

“Vincent’s appointment is a direct reflection of our commitment to growing the PDS practice across South Florida,” said JLL Florida Regional Market Director Rod Barnes. “His vast experience in this field will be a great addition to our team as we continue to see more momentum and demand for new construction and rehabilitation throughout the region.”

With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Vincent specializes in the representation of owners and tenants in the management of their design and construction teams. Prior to joining the South Florida team, Vincent was a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s New York PDS markets team, having spent the last six years serving high-profile JLL clients.

Before JLL, Vincent worked for Hunt Construction Group on a variety of complex projects such as Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn New York and the new International Terminal at Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson Airport. While at Shawmut Design & Construction, as a Project Manager he worked on high-end retail luxury projects such as Louis Vuitton, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Pandora.

During Vincent’s time in New York, he began an organization called JLL CREative – PDS focusing on the representation of local creators and creating opportunities for the corporate real estate industry to be introduced to local creatives through events where interaction leads to awareness of cultures in our urban fabric, appreciation for mediums of expression and reinforcing of bonds to the community.

Vincent received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Indiana State University. He is also certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate.
