JLL Awarded CityPlace Tower Assignment

Jones Lang LaSalle has been awareded the property management assignment for CityPlace Tower in downtown West Palm Beach.
The 300,000sf office building located at 525 Okeechobee Blvd., officially became part of KBS REIT II’s portfolio earlier this month and is more than 90 percent leased.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s team will include Kevin Probel, general manager; Mike Finn, chief engineer; Alec Tierney, engineer; and Trixy Walker, property administrator.
This recent award for Jones Lang LaSalle follows other assignments at some of Florida’s trophy towers including leasing and management at Southeast Financial Center and property management for Miami Tower, both located in downtown Miami.
