Transwestern’s South Florida office announced the signing of 57,196 square feet of leases at Miami Tower.
Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., Ver Ploeg & Lumpkin, and Fabricant Morton & Company have reaffirmed their commitment to the Miami market by expanding their footprint within Miami Tower.

Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A., one of the largest boutique practices in Florida with recognized expertise and extensive experience in complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, has signed a long-term renewal and expansion totaling 31,597 square feet. With their 4,097 square foot expansion, they now occupy more than 2 full floors in the upper bank of the building.
Ver Ploeg & Lumpkin, P.A., a law firm which represents policyholders in coverage and bad faith disputes with insurance carriers, has expanded by 5,526 SF, signing a long-term transaction totaling 22,667 square feet, occupying more than a full floor.
Fabricant Morton & Company, P.A., a boutique accounting firm based in Miami which provides tax services for small businesses and individuals, has signed a renewal and expansion for 2,932 square feet, expanding an additional 618 square feet.
