JLL Tapped To Exclusively Lease Downtown Miami Office Property
RFR, the new owner of 100 Biscayne Boulevard, a 310,000-square-foot office property in Miami’s Central Business District, is a global development firm with a footing in the Miami market as owner of the W South Beach Hotel and several prominent retail properties on Lincoln Road and in the Design District.
RFR now brings its extensive office investment and repositioning expertise to this well-located asset with plans to redevelop 100 Biscayne as a Class A boutique offering.
100 Biscayne is centrally located in the heart of Miami’s booming Central Business District with unobstructed views of Bayfront Park, Port of Miami, and the Downtown Miami skyline, as well as close proximity to the thriving neighborhoods such as Design District, Wynwood Arts District and Miami Beach.
Planning has already begun to make the building into a Class-A work environment with new high quality prebuilt offices, new bathrooms and corridors, modernized mechanical systems, new attentive management, and hands-on ownership that delivers a hospitality experience to its tenants. The new lobby, fitness and conferencing center will be refreshed, and plans to bring new lifestyle energy to the building will be announced soon.
