Cushman & Wakefield Senior Director Jon Blunk will oversee leasing efforts at the 34-story, 786,267-square-foot Class A Miami Center office tower, located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard.
Miami Center, the second-largest office building in South Florida, was acquired by Crocker Partners for $262.5 million last month.
The Boca Raton-based real estate investment firm owns the neighboring 420,080-square-foot SunTrust Financial Center — also leased by Cushman & Wakefield — making Crocker the largest owner of office space in downtown Miami for a combined total of 1,225,794 square feet.
Major tenants in Miami Center include Citigroup, Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Ernst & Young, BNP Paribas and Shutts & Bowen.
