Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by Daymark Realty Advisors as the exclusive leasing agent at two office buildings in Greater Miami: Harbour Centre, an 11-story, 220,000 square-foot Class-A office building in Aventura, and Doral Court, an eight-story, 209,075-square-foot Class-B office building in the Airport West submarket of Miami.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Jonathan Kingsley, Senior Vice President, and Stephen Rutchik, Senior Vice President, will lead the leasing efforts at the two office buildings.
Built in 2003 and designed by the international design firm Arquitectonica, Harbour Centre features a hurricane-proof glass exterior, a contemporary two-story atrium and floor plates of up to 20,000 square feet. “This is an architecturally distinctive building with the most up-to-date features, including a state-of-the-art energy control system and fibre-optic cabling throughout the building,” said Jonathan Kingsley. “Harbour Centre also offers tenants a central location between Miami and Fort Lauderdale international airports and convenient access to both I-95 and I-595.” Located at the end of a short waterway leading to the Intracoastal Waterway, Harbour Centre is within minutes of numerous restaurants, hotels and shopping centers. The building provides on-site property management and security.
Completed in 1984 and renovated in 1998, Doral Court offers a variety of floor plans in an “L” shape design, with floor plates of up to 23,276 square feet. Located at 8600 NW 36th Street in the city of Doral, the building is within close reach of the business, dining and shopping amenities of Doral, which was named “Best City in Florida for Business Start-ups” by BusinessWeek magazine.
