The listing increases Team Kingsley-Rutchik’s market share of Class A buildings in the market to 1,771,254 square feet, totaling 33.7%.

Several substantial leases have been signed recently totaling more than 130,000 square feet.
They will join Team Kingsley-Rutchik and focus on office services out of their Brickell office.
The complex is 90 percent leased to 40 tenants from a variety of industries including healthcare, law, finance and engineering.
