Colliers announced that Kevin Gonzalez and Jake Freeman have joined the firm in South Florida. Gonzalez and Freeman will join Team Kingsley-Rutchik and focus on office services out of their Brickell office.

Gonzalez has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He was actively involved in providing leasing advisory services for a wide range of local, regional, and multinational corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions. Before joining Colliers, he was Vice President at CBRE.
Gonzalez holds an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate from Florida International University Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
Freeman has extensive commercial real estate experience focusing on landlord representation throughout South Florida. He recently provided leasing advisory services for a portfolio of three million square feet of institutionally and privately-owned office properties.
Freeman earned both his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and is an active member of the community. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of United Way of Miami-Dade Young Leaders and previously served as Co-Chair. He is also a founding Committee member of United Way LINC and a graduate of the class of 2016 of Leadership Miami.
