Law Firm Purchases Ft. Lauderdale Office Building For Corporate HQ

Adam Starr, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage with Brenner Real Estate Group, represented Anidjar & Levine, PA, a law firm serving Florida clients in personal law, criminal defense, Social Security disability claims and property litigation, has purchased a 15,017-square-foot office building at 300 SE 17^th Street, in Fort Lauderdale for its corporate headquarters in a relocation within downtown Fort Lauderdale.
In practice for 10 years, Anidjar & Levine has 60 staff members involved in the move.  According to Starr, the property was selected based on its location, with proximity to downtown Fort Lauderdale, as well as to Broward General Hospital.
The new owners plan a full redesign of the exterior, and will be gutting and renovating the entire building with all new interiors.
The value of the sale was $2,925,000.
The seller, 300 SE 17, LLC was represented by E. Clay Shaw, III of Shaw & Company, Inc.
