Commercial Lighting Supplier Inks 15,000 SF Broward Lease

Helen Weissman, CCIM, Commercial Associate with Brenner Real Estate Group, represented the tenant, R.L.S. Lighting, Inc., a 20-year-old supplier of commercial lighting, in leasing 15,000 SF of industrial warehouse space at 1111 Old Griffin Road in Dania Beach.
The company is relocating from its current facility at 205 Ansin Blvd, in Hallandale Beach.
Weissman also negotiated two additional lease transactions.  Marek Cosmetics, a skin care products manufacturer in operation for over 15 years, leased 4,733 square feet of office/flex space within Newtown Commerce Center at 4001 SW 47 Ave. in Davie in a relocation from Ontario, Canada. Weissman represented the tenant in the transaction. Co-broker Pat Montalbano represented the landlord, New Town Holdings, LLC.
Hydrilla Gear, Inc., a boat part repairs business, leased 5,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1959 Hammondville Road in Pompano Beach in a relocation from within the city. Weissman negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Five Star Capital Corp. of Hollywood in the lease deal. The tenant was represented by Dan Otton of Investment One Group.
