Maggie Kurtz and Diana Parker of Cushman & Wakefield have earned exclusive leasing rights to Sadabell Financial Center.
The 525,000sf, mixed-use office complex is located at 1111 Brickell Avenue. Spaces ranging in size from 1,000 to 36,000sf will come available 2nd quarter of 2011, after enjoying 100% occupancy for many years.
