Miramar Park of Commerce Adds Mobile Tech Firm

Miramar Park of Commerce has added mobile technology firm 3Z Telecom to the park.
The company has signed 4,046 square feet at 3361 Executive Way.
Ryan Goggins of Sunbeam Properties represented the park in the transaction, while Gus Martinez of Keller Williams Realty represented 3Z Telecom.
Miramar Park of Commerce is the largest corporate park in Broward County, with nearly 5 million square feet of space, and has recently broken ground on a new spec distribution building. The 87,540 square-foot building is the first spec building in the Park since 2007 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2012.
