Plans call for 2,874 residential units, including 200 townhomes, along with 400,000 square feet of retail, 125,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 185-room hotel.
The leasing activity was brokered on the tenant side by JLL. Ryan Goggins and Peter “PJ” Apol represented Sunbeam Properties & Development.
One tenant was represented by Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE, and the other was represented by Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda of Newmark Southern Region LLC. Peter “PJ” Apol and Ryan Goggins represented Sunbeam Properties & Development in both deals.
Most recently, the company leased 47,819 square feet of new office space to accommodate critical administrative and operational functions.
The lease deal marks an increase of 122,794 square feet for the the company and its subsidiary. Combined, they now occupy a combined total of 166,794 square feet across three locations within the Park.

The newest flurry of leasing activity has reduced the Park’s flex office vacancy rate by six percentage points, to 4% overall. As a whole, the Park is 98% leased.
The company has been a tenant for 23 years.
