Miramar POC Signs 17,000SF Deal

OPKO Health, Inc., opened a 17,000sf office and lab in MPC-2, located at 10306 USA Today Way in the Miramar Park of Commerce.
Headquartered in Miami, OPKO Health is a publicly traded healthcare company involved in the discovery, development and commercialization of proprietary pharmaceutical products, medical devices, vaccines, diagnostic technologies and imaging systems.
Ryan Goggins, leasing agent for Sunbeam Properties, represented the park.
