NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale completed sale of 9771 South Dixie Highway in Pinecrest. The property is a one-story, 3,412-square-foot office building on a 0.272-acre land parcel.

“The $2,400,000.00 sales price which equates to approximately $700.00 per square foot is one of the highest price-per-square-foot sales for an office building not fronting on South Dixie Highway in the Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay markets,” said Larkin.

 

“The buyer, a Pinecrest resident,” said Tawil, “intends to have one of its related entities utilize the building for their business operations.”

As a result of this successful transaction, the team has been designated as the sales broker to market three additional office buildings and one retail building in the immediate area. The buildings are:

  • 9799 South Dixie Highway: A 3,604-square-foot retail building on a 16,091-square-foot corner lot.
  • 9769 South Dixie Highway: A 6,817-square-foot, two-story office building on an 8,712-square-foot lot.
  • 9703 South Dixie Highway: A 9,912-square-foot, two-story office building on a 14,465-square-foot lot.
  • 9627 South Dixie Highway: A 7,514-square-foot two-story office building on a 14,510-square-foot lot.
