NAI Miami Negotiates $3,500,000 Shopping Center Sale

NAI Miami negotiated the $3,500,000 sale of Shoppes of Old Cutler, a 14,914 square foot retail shopping center located at 20210 – 20236 Old Cutler Road in Cutler Bay.
Jeremy Larkin, Christian Johannsen and Josh Rodstein represented the seller, Old Cutler, LLC, in the transaction.  The buyer, Lider Net Mall, LLC will retain NAI Miami to manage and lease the shopping center.
Shoppes of Old Cutler was originally developed by NAI Miami for Old Cutler, LLC in 2005 and has maintained occupancy levels ranging from the higher 80’s% to 100% since it opened for business.
