NAI Miami Negotiates Ten Year, $1.5 Million Retail Lease

NAI Miami announced today that Lisa Tenn negotiated a ten year, 10,136-square-foot retail lease at Westview Shoppes, located at 9525 University Drive in Coral Springs.

Tenn represented the landlord, Made Venture Holding, LLC.

The lease is valued at over $1.5 million.

The tenant, Epic Amusements, Inc., represented in the transaction by Franchise Realty, will be opening Monster Mini Golf.

Westview Shoppes, a 60,732-square-foot shopping center, is currently 98% leased, with a lease pending on the last remaining bay.
