DiGiacomo Group Negotiates Double-Header Valued At More Than $17 Million
Digiacomo Group’s Roger Zuniga and Stephen J. DiGiacomo, SIOR, negotiated the sale of an industrial warehouse totaling 80,000 square feet located at 3075 NW 107th Avenue in Doral.
Buyer Seagis Property Group purchased the warehouse from AllPlus Computer Systems Corp for $15,600,000. The price equates to $195.00 per square foot.
Zuniga and DiGiacomo represented AllPlus Computer Systems in the transaction. Seagis did not have outside representation.
The deal closed on December 14, 2021.
“The lack of inventory of properties for sale within this size range along with continued demand for e-commerce/distribution centers made it the right time for ALLPLUS Computers to sell,” explained Zuniga. “Large institutional investors still see the Airport West market as a bright spot for long term investments.”
The 1995-built, free-standing facility last sold in February 2007 for $10,825,000.
Zuniga and DiGiacomo negotiated a lease deal on behalf of AllPlus Computer Systems just prior to the sale. The electronics wholesaler and distributer relocated to a 28,000-square-foot space at 2105 NW 102 Ave, also in Doral, and agreed to a 5-year term. The lease deal is valued at $1,825,000.The property was recently renovated by BrookField Properties.
