Berger Commercial Realty’s Keith Graves, Jonathan Thiel Welcome 45,250-SF New Tenant At Prologis I-595

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice Presidents Jonathan Thiel and Keith Graves, CCIM, SIOR negotiated a new 45,258-square-foot lease deal on behalf of Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate. The deal received invaluable support from Prologis Asset Manager Dylan Esquenazi, who played a crucial role in facilitating this transaction alongside Berger Commercial Realty.

The lease with Xtreme Aviation, LLC, an aviation parts and repair company, brings Prologis I-595, located at 7050-7060 W State Rd 84 in Davie, to full occupancy.

Prologis I-595 is a 150,452-square-foot modern warehouse facility distribution center strategically located in the center of Broward County along the I-595/SR 84 corridor, just west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Port Everglades with convenient access to I-595/SR 84, SR 7, I-95, and I-75. The building features 22’ clear height, multiple dock loading, and ramp doors with ramp access.

“The central location and proximity to I-595, I-95, and Florida’s Turnpike, together with the space being 100% HVAC, and heavy 3-phase electrical were all critical factors in executing the lease deal,” commented Thiel.
