NAI Miami Negotiates Ten Year Lease For Massage Envy Spa

Josh Rodstein and Brandon Weiss with NAI Miami negotiated a ten year, 2,525 square foot retail lease located at 5856 South Flamingo Road in Cooper City on behalf of their client, Massage Envy Spa.
The Landlord is Equity One, Inc.  The lease is valued at over $855,000.
This is a relocation for Massage Envy from Embassy Lakes Shopping Center to the Country Side Shops.  Plans are for the opening to be in December.
Brandon Weiss and Josh Rodstein have completed aver 40 transactions for Massage Envy in the state of Florida.
