NAI Miami's Josh Rodstein, Brandon Weiss Complete Transaction #s 44 & 45 For Massage Envy

NAI Miami announced that Josh Rodstein (pictured right) and Brandon Weiss (pictured below) recently negotiated two new retail leases for their client Massage Envy Spa.

The first transaction was a five year, 3,003 square foot retail lease located at Kendall Mall, located at 8851 Southwest 107^th Avenue in Miami.  The landlord is SVF Kendall Miami, LLC.  The lease is valued at nearly $500,000.  This is a new location for Massage Envy with plans for the grand opening to be in February 2015.

The second negotiation included a five year, 2,690 square foot retail lease located at Doral Plaza, located at 9751 Northwest 451^st Street in Doral.  The landlord is Alecta Real Estate Doral Plaza, LLC.  The lease is valued at over $640,000.

Rodstein and Weiss have completed over 45 transactions for Massage Envy in the state of Florida.
