Native Realty Retained To Lease DCOTA In Dania Beach

Native Realty, led by Jaime Sturgis, was hired as the exclusive leasing representative for Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) in Dania Beach.

Sturgis and Native Sales Director Kaley Tuning are marketing available showroom space at the renowned mixed-use property.

As the largest design campus of its kind, DCOTA showcases more than 775,000 square feet and is home to more than 35 luxury interior and design showrooms. Located at 1855 Griffin Road, DCOTA caters to luxury clientele and is the ideal headquarters for any business involved in high-end home furnishing, fixtures and upscale office headquarters. The current tenant mix represents 2,000-plus product lines and is the industry standard for luxury services in South Florida.

Available showroom spaces range from 1,000 to 15,174 square feet, with ground-floor and second-floor options.
