One Park Square at Doral, located at 3470 NW 82nd Avenue in Doral, has finalized lease agreements with two new retail tenants: Orlando Hair Salon & Spa and Mediterranean restaurant and gourmet market place Harvest Delights.
The new retailers will occupy a combined 6,519 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of the 281,000 square foot office building, with Orlando Hair Salon & Spa leasing 2,078 square feet and Harvest Delights relocating to 4,441 square feet of space from its existing location on Doral Boulevard. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
The newly completed retail leases at One Park Square bring the 11-story office tower’s total occupancy to more than 60 percent. Recent office lease transactions include Amadeus, N.A., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Alcora Group, The Latin Recording Academy®, Retailnova, and Visit Us, Inc., the U.S. division of Spanish hotel chain Iberostar.

“Now that One Park Square is more than 60 percent leased, we are seeing a spike in interest among retailers looking to serve office tenants and the surrounding community of Doral,” said Tere Blanca, President and CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate. “These retail outlets will now join the list of amenities available to One Park Square tenants, which includes access to an exercise facility, conference center, covered parking, and the Doral trolley.”
