Newly Launched Hart Commercial Grows Miami Team

Vilma Quintela has recently joined Hart Commercial as Commercial Associate.
Hart, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Dallas, Texas, recently established a presence in Miami, naming Sherri D. Beregovoy, P.A. as Senior Vice President and Miami Market Leader.
Vilma is a licensed real estate agent with more than 12 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. She specializes in landlord/owner and tenant representation for office, retail and industrial real estate.
Prior to joining Hart, Vilma worked in business development at Absolut Financial Resources, Inc., which manages commercial real estate financing and real estate sales across Florida. While at Absolute Financial Recourses, Vilma was responsible for client development.
Before joining Absolut Financial Resources, Inc., Vilma was a commercial associate for NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate World Wide. In this role, she was responsible of leasing over 400,000 square feet of office buildings and tenant representation. While at NAI, Vilma was the designated agent of landlord representation, with clients such as The Realty Associate Fund VIII, L.P. an affiliate of TA Associates, Miami Parking Authority and Plaza Associate, LLP. Vilma also represented Tenants such as Fuji Film Group-Fujinon, The Services Companies, The Law Office of Alex Hanna, P.A. among others.
Founded in 2014, Hart Commercial is a subsidiary of Hart Advisors, LLC a real estate advisory firm specializing in loan workouts, CMBS loan assumptions and asset management.
