Office Park In Plantation Sells

The Executive Court at Jacaranda office park in Plantation sold for $15 million.

Executive Properties, managed by James W. Inklebarger of Brinwo Development Corp. in Plantation, sold the eight office buildings totaling 81,034 square feet at 7800 Peters Road to Intalex Capital.

The buyer was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Scott O’Donnell and Dominic Montazemi. Jason Hochman and Ron Granite, also of Cushman & Wakefield, helped the buyer obtain a $11.2 million loan from Pacific National Bank and International Finance Bank.
